Jason Kerr, CEO and Founder of QuietAgent, discusses the single biggest frustration job seekers have when looking for a job online: the recruitment ‘Black Hole’.
He points out that the marketing departments of most companies are unaware of the damage that can be done to a business’ brand, its relationship with its customers, and its future revenue, by perpetuating this phenomenon - and that a new approach is needed now that the current economy is drastically increasing the Black Hole.
