Sue Weekes writes in UK Recruiter about how QuietAgent’s job seeker suite of tools encourage people to explore jobs they wouldn’t otherwise consider.

US recruiter Kathryn Haynes explains how she sourced and successfully placed a candidate from QuietAgent, who she believes would not have been short-listed from traditional online job board sites.

“I found a candidate who had the competencies needed for the job but had not done the role in the sector space,” she said. “He was eventually appointed and it has worked out exceptionally well. I’ve been a recruiter for 15 years and I don’t think traditional recruiting tools would have allowed me to find him.”

QuietAgent launches in the UK in 2010.
