QuietAgent employers can now benefit from the new QuietAgent global education mapping functionality, which finds globally equivalent educational qualifications when searching for job seekers.

In QuietAgent, job seekers can use country-specific lists to select their educational qualifications and courses they have specialized in.

Now, for example, if an employer conducts a global search for a candidate with a U.S. Associates Degree in Accounting, the QuietAgent system can also return all people globally who meet the employer’s needs and have an equivalent qualification from their country.
