QuietAgent pioneers ‘pay on success’ pricing model

QuietAgent announces its radically different ‘pay on success’ pricing model, which moves away from the traditional job board approach of ‘paying, posting and praying’, to a model whereby recruiters use rich toolsets to get two-way private connections with quality candidates, and only pay small fees when they have success.

Employers all around the world can search QuietAgent for free and build shortlists of anonymous
people who are good matches for their jobs.

Employers only pay a small fee when a job seeker accepts their QuietAgent contact request. If they don’t accept, there is nothing to pay. An overnight search tool can be used to continuously search for any new person who registers with a specific set of skills and experience.

With QuietAgent, every employer (even in small-medium sized business) has the same capability to find great talent, and every job seeker has the ability to be measured objectively and found anonymously for their ideal job.
