QuietAgent releases first two-way matching solution

After three and a half years of research and development, QuietAgent releases a unique two-way mutual interest matching system that it describes as the first technological alternative to job boards.

The QuietAgent technology is designed to remove the need for job seekers to spend hours searching through thousands of job advertisements, and to control the quality and size of candidate shortlists for employers. CEO Jason Kerr says that the technology, with two-way matching he compares to online dating systems, “has the capability to effect a major change in the online recruiting industry.”

The technology allows employers and job seekers to get together directly when there is a mutual interest in being connected. Employers set exact requirements that a job seeker must meet or exceed, and job seekers set specific personal career desires that an employer must provide or exceed. Final shortlists only contain people and employers that are suited to one another, and want to get together.

Every time a search is run in QuietAgent, every QuietAgent job seeker globally is evaluated.
