QuietAgent becomes the only company globally to work with the US Department of Labor to integrate its O*NET occupational information data into a meaningful environment where people can use it to make recruitment decisions.
The O*NET system serves as the nation’s primary source of occupational data, providing comprehensive information on key attributes and characteristics of workers and occupations.
O*NET within QuietAgent provides advanced scoring and matching of skills, tasks, work activities and knowledge required to perform over 900 jobs. The ongoing O*NET project, with its regular and comprehensive updates of occupations, provides a foundation for QuietAgent to match candidates for future new economy jobs.
