QuietAgent (previously StaffCV) is established in New Zealand in October 2000, with a goal to change the paradigm of recruitment, and provide employers with tools to allow them to remove all the middle men from the recruitment process.
QuietAgent was born out of CEO Jason Kerr’s desire to continue to provide quality, leading edge software solutions to the cost-conscious airline industry – having initially developed the first globally affordable airline operations system for regional airline management.
The company carried out extensive research of the global recruitment market and highlighted common recruitment issues that needed resolving for both employers and job seekers:
- Logistical difficulty of managing candidates
- Inequality in measurement of applicants for roles
- Unqualified information and poor control over accuracy and completeness of data collected
- Inadequate tools to measure an employee’s fit into a business
- The cost and time involved in recruitment
- Growing privacy concerns over personal candidate data
QuietAgent has a single, unwavering vision to ‘Fix Recruitment’ – challenging and revolutionizing the traditional model of recruitment, giving employers all the control, and none of the traditional costs of finding good candidates.
